We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who excels in PPO insurance verification and confidently presents treatment plans to patients.


Position Overview

The Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in case acceptance and patient experience. This position requires strong knowledge of PPO insurance breakdowns, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide patients through treatment and financial arrangements with clarity and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident discussing larger treatment plans and patient portions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and accurately break down PPO dental insurance benefits

  • Present comprehensive treatment plans and financial options

  • Clearly explain insurance estimates and patient responsibility

  • Increase case acceptance through patient education and communication

  • Coordinate and schedule large cases efficiently

  • Collect payments and review account balances

  • Submit and follow up on PPO insurance claims

  • Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software

  • Support overall front office operations as needed


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience

  • Strong working knowledge of PPO insurance verification and breakdowns

  • Proven experience presenting treatment and discussing finances

  • Comfortable handling larger case presentations

  • Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organization and multitasking ability
