Job Description

Dentist opening in IALocated in RichlandFull Time PositionWe are seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide clinical care and treatment for patients in an outpatient clinic setting. The role includes diagnosing and treating dental issues, offering patient education on oral health, and collaborating with clinic staff to ensure high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:Lead and direct non-dentist clinic staff.Meet measurable standards of care and clinic goals.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.Foster positive relationships with patients and their families.Collaborate with dental and administrative staff to enhance service delivery.Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and examinations.Qualifications:DDS from an accredited institution.Licensed to practice dentistry in Iowa.Current certifications for controlled substances.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Physical Requirements:Significant physical effort and manual dexterity required.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.This position offers the opportunity to participate in the NHSC Loan Repayment program.
