💫 The Role

You’ll be the warm, welcoming face of the practice — greeting patients, managing bookings, and supporting smooth daily operations.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and great with people.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting patients in person and over the phone
• Managing appointments using Dentally (experience preferred)
• Coordinating with clinicians and dental nurses
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team in delivering a calm, efficient patient experience

• Have previous experience in a dental or medical reception role
• Are friendly, professional, and reliable
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Are confident using computers and practice software (Dentally experience is a plus)
• Genuinely enjoy helping people and creating a great patient journey
