Associate Dentist – Ascot Dental Practice, Ascot
At Ascot Dental Practice, we combine the feel of a long-established independent practice with the backing, investment and support of our group of practices. We’re growing, and we’re serious about high clinical standards, exceptional patient care and building a place where great people want to work. Our culture is shaped by SMILE — Support, Motivation, Initiative, Leadership and Excellence — with a simple expectation that we bring that same care and professionalism to our patients every day.
This part-time Associate Dentist role offers 0.8 FTE in a busy mixed practice, with Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays available. You’ll join a practice with a strong patient base and the opportunity to build excellent relationships while delivering the standard of care our patients deserve.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be providing high-quality clinical care across general dentistry, patient education and treatment planning, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider practice team.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be working Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in a supportive mixed practice setting, with a busy diary and a strong emphasis on teamwork. The first six months are about settling into the rhythm of the practice, building trust with patients, and having the support you need to establish yourself confidently within the team.
Someone who thrives here will bring reliable clinical quality, clear communication and efficient diary management, alongside a calm, team-focused approach. Ideally, you’ll have at least 3 years’ experience and the confidence to provide high-quality dentistry in a busy practice. Experience of communication courses and clinical dentistry would also be a benefit. This is a role for someone who is happy to work closely with colleagues, make full use of mentoring and specialist support, and keep patient care at the centre of every appointment.
