DentalJobs.com $250 Cash Giveaway — Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the DentalJobs.com $250 Cash Giveaway (“Promotion”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
1. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by DentalJobs.com (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island), Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand who are a dental professional, and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and representatives of DentalJobs.com and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on October 29, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
You may enter in one (1) of two (2) ways during the Promotion Period:

Primary Method: Create a free professional profile on DentalJobs.com.

Alternate Method (No Profile Required): Send your full name, email address, and country of residence to info@dentaljobs.com with the subject line “$250 Cash Giveaway Entry” during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a USD $250 cash prize, or the equivalent value in local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of prize award.
Payment will be made via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or electronic bank transfer, at Sponsor’s discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $250.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, conversion fees, or other costs associated with prize receipt and use.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about January 8, 2026.
The random drawing will be conducted using a verifiable random selection method (e.g., random.org).
The potential winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days after the drawing. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification.
If the winner does not respond, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants DentalJobs.com permission to announce their first name, first initial of last name, and country on the website or social media channels, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless DentalJobs.com and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation or prize use.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
9. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with DentalJobs.com’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.dentaljobs.com/privacy.
By entering, participants consent to receive occasional marketing communications from DentalJobs.com. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out link in any email.
All data is processed in compliance with applicable U.S., Canadian, U.K., Australian, and New Zealand privacy laws, including GDPR and UK GDPR requirements.
10. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States (specifically the State of Delaware), without regard to conflict of laws principles.
