SPECIALTY DENTAL PRACTICE SEEKS PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Patient Care Coordinator for Specialty Dental Practice needed for growing practice. Responsible for front office administrative, and some back office duties as needed
Best Candidate should be a self-starter who can manage a busy, yet structured outline of daily job tasks. Must be personable with a positive and welcoming attitude. Goal-oriented with pleasant and inviting phone skills/presentation needed. Responsibilities consisting but not limited to the following:
Answer phone, prepare hygiene appointments for next day’s schedule and enter copays due from patients, AR duties, Assist with claims, pull and put away charts, manage inventory and order supplies within a budget, check insurance benefits, scheduling, assist as needed to seat patients or prepare operatories, check email, confirming duties, scanning patient documents, confirm work schedules for hygienists.
Must have ability to manage reports to track work progress, projects, and team meetings. Transportation required. Varied team practice support tasks as needed to assist fellow staff with interoffice duties.
DENTAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (DA, RDA, CDA, DENTAL ADMIN)
