We are excited to be adding a new team member to our cosmetic dentistry practice family. Our team takes pride in providing the best care, along with amazing experience for our patients. We are seeking an energetic team oriented person, that loves the front desk duties of a fast-paced cosmetic dental practice; including marketing in our community. You must be a self-starter, be able to multi-task, be punctual, and dependable. You will need to have a friendly disposition, warm phone voice, be social media savvy with a strong community outreach and eagerness to learn and perform all front desk duties and some marketing. The position requires someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who is reliable, hard working and a team player.
Job duties include but are not limited to: greeting all patients with a smile and positive attitude, checking in patients, answering phones in a timely manner, and assisting with other front desk duties.
Prefer 3 years of dental experience in dentistry, will consider any strong candidate with marketing experience. An associates or bachelor's degree is a plus.

We expect you to have:

Responsibilities • Assists patient with signing consent and reviewing post-operative instructions. • Answers patient questions before and after appointments. • Performs all dental assistant procedures allowable under Oregon State Law. • Assists in inventory, storage and ordering supplies. This includes checking for outdated and expired inventory. Skills & Knowledge Must be able to maintain a sympathetic and harmonious relationship with patients of various cultural backgrounds. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
